[Dshield] SORBS question

I'm still trying to work with Bellsouth. Their support is EXTREMELY slow. If
I had another broadband provider than Charter cable, I'd switch in a
heartbeat.

Can you tell me how to contact Matt? Bellsouth is useless.

Thanks,
Keith.

Yes, I know Matt Sullivan who runs SORBS. He's a reasonable guy,
and if you e-mail him, he'll help you.

Does anybody have any experience with SORBS? This is my first time
experiencing a block by an ISP using SORBS.

I get a message like this. How can I stop this? I have forwarded it to
Bellsouth already, and have had a friend forward it to the ISP that
maintains the list that I'm sending to. Is there anything else that I
should
be doing?

Keith.
