[Dshield] WMF "wait for us"

It has a LOT to do with the administrators.  My XP Home machines are stable.  Of course
I long ago disabled not wanted processes, upgraded to SP2, updated the hardware drivers
as needed, running fully patched on all fronts.  If one skips some of those steps,
regardless of whether or not the machine runs Pro, or Home, unstabilities will creep in.
 We won't even talk about my friend who successfully surfs the Net with a tweaked 3.1
machine running in DOS and with an ancient military surplus acousitc coupler (move over
broadband, snail crawling through).  :)
