Wow. Thanks for bringing this issue up and passing that link along. I
had forgotten all about this and it's coming right around the corner.
Forgive my ignorance, how does Mac OS handle DST changes?

Here in the US the Energy Policy Act of 2005 kicks in changing our
Daylight Saving Time beginning on March 11 and ends on November 4. The
only vendor I've heard from is my PBX vendor, how about everyone else?
