[unisog] Blaster.D removal tool?

Symantec has a tool separate from the Fixblast (which was for Blaster).
They refer to the Nachi as Welchia.  See link below.

We have been using the Symantec and McAfee Blaster removal tools, but they
are only able to remove the .A, .B and .C variants.  Does anyone have a tool
capable of removing all variants of Blaster/Nachi?
