[unisog] Dropping executables - who does it?

Did you drop them when they were addressed to non-Windows users as 
well?  All of those attachments are harmless to Unix, Linux & Mac 
users, and many have plausible legitimate uses.

It's a pity - even if it's a reality - that the ones doing safe 
computing have to work within the restrictions of those with unsafe 
practices.
