Be aware that senderbase information is, pretty much, entirely
fictional. It lists IP addresses of mine as sending hundreds of
thousands or millions of pieces of email - despite there being no
system at all on those IP addresses...

It's primarily a marketing tool (and marketing research tool) for
IronPort - who, primarily, sell high capacity MTAs to bulk mailers,
both legitimate and otherwise.

It's suffering from overuse, and some idiocy on the part of
some of the RIRs. As a free, unfunded service it doesn't get
all the attention it needs.
