[unisog] Beware -- reply_to now set to the list!!!

HI All,
	with the move to mailman for the list software I notice that the
default reply_to is now to the list -- my response to Mark below was
meant to be a private response and not go to the list.  That's why it's
rather cryptic -- Mark knows about our "netaccount" system.
