Agreed. Amongst our weaponry are such diverse elements as: 

	Layer 1: Sophos on Ironmail 
	Layer 2: Attachment filtering on Ironmail 
	Layer 3: Antigen 
	Layer 4: McAfee on the PCs themselves 

We use Exchange 2003, which also has some defence capability against email bourne malware.
