Indiana ran "Securing Windows" last month; see sans.iu.edu.
The U. of Wisconsin-Madison hosted the old "Incident Response
and Malware" about 2 years ago, primarily for state agencies.
So there is some of it out there, but I haven't seen Security
Essentials specifically.
