And so are TCP packets with the reserved bitflags set .. that dosen't
make them legitimate either. Sometimes FTP picks port 31337 too ..
Just because something is *technically legitimate* per the RFC dosen't
mean there isn't a compelling reason to block it.
If the Internet would have remained an academic exercise (where the
object was true universal connectivity) rather than a commercial one
(where the object currently appears to be "how to selectively break
things in order to profit") -- things would be a lot different.
