[unisog] cracklib or pam_passwdqc with NIS?

	We used to have a hacked copy of yppasswd that ran cracklib. It was
attached to our database driven account management system (and has been 
replaced by an LDAP version I expect). I can ask (although not right now because
our maintainer isn't here) if we still have a copy and if it is thought to be
usable by anyone else. As I recall its a modified Linux or FreeBSD version and 
thus should be releaseable but it may be very database centric and thus not
useful to anyone else.
