Something that you should add:  If the individual does an upgrade at their
own expense, who covers the additional support costs?  For instance, if the
cell phone with web access has a problem accessing your site's webpages,
whose problem is it?  Or if they forward their e-mail to their cell phone,
and this causes a problem?
