I vaguely remember hearing about the law passing here... and remember
the story about the Sony rootkits, but never heard of the lawsuit here
in Texas.

This article states that a similar law was passed in Texas and
California and 10 other states. Any idea who the 10 states are? Anyone
from those states ever hear of this?
