Following Harvard's footstep, U of MN and U of Akron have planned to
roll-out FDE solutions to all their computers.

However unlike Harvard, these universities are using Pointsec FDE
solution instead of PGP WDE. Seems like U of MN is getting a
*excellent* discount on Pointsec ($40/seat) under the MN Statewide
contract with Pointsec
(http://www.state.mn.us/portal/mn/jsp/content.do?programid=536912850&id=-536892333&agency=ISRM)

I hope other states will follow State of MN and sign similar
contracts, so at least the state universities and schools can benefit.

Disclaimer: I am no way associated with either PGP or Poinsec ;)
