I would recommend talking to AirPatrol -- they're the closest fit in terms
of function and willingness to work with civilian organizations.

Subject: [unisog] Guidance needed (cellular detection)

Hey all, looking at what outside of policies is anyone doing concerning
cellular in the classroom. Any and all information appreciated on/offlist.

I prefer not to get into the politics or morals of it, but has anyone
been tasked with deploying anything similar:

Please do not confuse this with jamming.

Any and all information is appreciated.
